Could they not have waited until after the results are released so the sophisticated investors have to pay fair value?

You can almost guarantee that many of the cheap shares and options will be fed into the market as soon as the announcement lifts the sp.

Why did they not offer them to shareholders at that price? Oh thats right, their have already been given 130.2m shares and options away free to the 'purple circle' so there's no way management could ask them to actually pay.

GPN just raised money for options @ .0025 now give away shares at .007 just before the announcement.

I guess 'sophisticated investors' is just a way of saying the rest of us are unsofistikated plebs, little more than cannon fodder.

Well at least management is consistent.
