If you're bullish about the commodity I can't see why you wouldn't use the current issues as a buying opportunity.
Supply chain hiccups during stage 1 are a blip along the way for a long term project like pilgangoora.
Predicting the bottom is mugs game, buy when undervalued sell when overvalued.
