That's my take on it too Jems. Far got the PE paperwork which said COP are selling all shares of COP Senegal to WPL for $430m. If you would like to match it you can have them instead. FAR then asked the question requesting a separate cost of the asset (35% of RSSD) within the company. COP said we can't provide you with that as it part of a confidential agreement with WPL, then chose to use the WPL path of "No PE because we sold the company", once they were aware that someone was interested in PE.
