Steve i agree with you, but nothing has been signed, its just commentary. Thats the problem. When its in a contract, i will happily accept it
100m is a nice round figure, we can use it in our analysis. Dont forget the last graphite plant built, was in the same country as ton is, and that went over budget. I think the dfs is a fair document when it comes to capital costs. Im not even saying the plant will go overcost, as syr plant was just built, and no doubt knowledge from that build was used in the dfs
