1. No reason to go above $0.70c, unless:
a) They thought there was material equity returns coming via the 50% share of GoGetta above $10m. Shame the company has not seen fit to give some guidance on this; or,
b) They believe that there is a new third party bid coming that will trump Next.
2. Absolutely, unless they believed that the Next deal will fall over (unlikely now).
