Can't say l'm surprised.

In all seriousness though, l wish there were a greater effort (& resources) to properly regulate these public companies as there are just far too many charlatans running around pulling the wool over the eyes of investors.

It is fair to say that the speculative nature of some investments is enough to deal with let alone putting up with the shonky dealings of management.

Maybe cut the hands off these bastards along with some hard jail time to act as a greater deterrent?
