"Cheap entry for their cronies"? Seriously?
They're offering 1.5x as many shares ,at the same price as they've given their "cronies", to retail investors like you. You don't like management, you want 3 of them kicked out, why invest in a company that you have no faith in and is constantly letting you down? Just sell and find a company you're happy with.
