Following the announcement today of very encouraging IP results at Twin Hills, the Board of BMA Gold
Limited (“BMA”) has resolved to extend the Entitlement Issue announced on 10 June 2008 by 6 business days
to allow shareholders to properly consider the IP results before deciding to participate in the Entitlement Issue.
The closing date of the Entitlement Issue is now 16 July 2008. The results of the IP programme have identified
three priority targets which BMA plans to test as soon as a suitable drill rig is secured.
