Positive begets positive..
Just because you are sueing a party does not make you an
enemy...just persueing your legal rights..to rectify an imbalance or injustice.
With that done ..all should be able to operate more effectively.

SH on HC have already acknowledged their concern for PIF holders in this situation.

Our need to realise the best values for assets is a common
need and hopefully there will be something at the end for SH to work with.

If not we have not savaged our investments by devalueing them further and through dishormony allow vultures in.

As stated before I am not trained in investment matters but restoring goodwill has got to help.If there are legal avenues to persue it is best not to be emotive or sensationalise such proceedures.imo.

Stowaway it looks that way but there are more court proceedings and the market invents new ways forward everyday..
