Keen to know what do you mean by approval and by whom....and what does it matter what price you fix at on your sell order?...if it is a substantial holder (ie; 5% holder or bigger) then only on sale of said equities they must lodge a substantial holder change notice with the company n asx....Insto n fund managers have other obligations re selling / buying but only in regard to asx200 n bigger companies I surmise...
