Of course there will be. Free instant profit. Only small and not for everyone but it will happen.
It would have been better if they didn't open up to shareholders and Merchant as they are ones most likely to sell. The strategic placement of 3 holders raising $7.5 million would have been better for the SP short to medium term.
Although then you would have had shareholders complaining about not having equal opportunity lol
