0-HRL started feasibility 2 years ago ie is ahead timewise but ESI's tech is far superior (55% c02). ESI can also supply that power station (sell pellets), plus others... and i believe will once proven (Arup)
HRL is basically a case of too much capex not to be used (ie govt). ESI and HRL can work on same site, plenty of room. there's plenty room throughout the world too!
