    This does not look promising because:
    a. It is in administration
    b. It is currently being offered for sale in the ‘local rag’
    c. It is being propped up for 4 weeks (quickly running out of time)
    d. It has run at a loss.
    Qu. If it were possible, would you purchase a company with a high risk of failure?
