I’m surprised they don’t have a share issue incentive plan. That way we aren’t paying for bonuses and they still get their bonuses. They also increase in value when they perform. Can also make it so their shares are in escrow so they need to be held until they leave so they work to maintain value. Win for the board and win for SH. Just a thought.
