What a disarster :

Well I've held this for 18 months & have periodically tried to keep abreast of events . So where was information ever provided to shareholders that the leases granted yet . It looks very much like the French people don't want their hills turned into a quarry or rabbit warren . Your twitter and other Social Media boasted the strong support you had in the local community for the reopening of the mine . So at this point in time do you have anything in France ? What about a few maps to show what you do or do not have leases over . You are playing with shareholders money here & you are accountable . You sold out of the Frazer Range to buy into this French Tungsten play - but it now seems you didn't have granted mining leases . Where is this spelt out. I for one would not have put money into a company that didn't have granted leases . I do not believe this was disclosed .Could you direct me to where this has been disclosed to shareholders . So how successful was the strategy of exiting the Frazer Range to go into France . The Frazer range is the most contested ground in Australia & you sold out of it . Well you've blown up the company well and truly now , and your chances of raising capital look bleak at best . How about you provide a summary of what the company does have asset wise.

So how much is it going to cost the Company in legal fees to appeal the decision . You had a million dollars after the sale of the Frazer range leases - how much have you got now & how much will you have after paying legal fees to appeal this decision . I await further information.
