Talked to the administration ( GGG ) yesterday expressing my frustration. All the documentation is in and they are waiting for a response which they anticipate the mining authorities will have to make ( either way).
Asked if the MOU with the US Department of Defense had an impact and the response was-,"if it did - let them present an alternative". " The US has no refining capacity as all the US concentrate goes to Chinese refineries". The company is willing to listen to all proposals.
So- de-facto- Nothing new! It is up to the mining authority!
