i think a few holders are selling on the expectation of a cap raise, though the strategic investors from the first raise both hold a lot of options at 10c that i think they may exercise rather than have the company issue again. Regardless, even with a raise this is just a couple more big wins and few mid/smaller wins from a cash neutral run rate.
