As i suggested on another thread - I believe HRR thread.
This comes down to who has done the better research.
Bears think zinc market is heading for surplus with 1/ higher TC's and 2/ a magical tsunami of production coming online their go to 'proof' of such.
While the bulls point to tight LME's and point out that a lot of the production suggested to come online simply won't or will take far longer to do so than many bears think.
Who is right?
