I think tomorrows decision is a formallity
The law is the law
Local government will be overruled as it is here.
the big question is...... will they get their licence???

It was sent back by the presidents office...not a good pointer.
It could be suggested that the recent organised protesting
and flare up with locals was just a precursor for the local government
to put a blockade on the road to the plant.
Winning the court case will be seen as the nasty foreign company
pushing the locals around... giving ammunition for the president to reject
their licence.....
I have been very lucky here and I am staying out until they have their licence
or until the SP drops under $3
