Regarding the daily dumper, I tend to speculate a little on the motives for these sorts of activities. It seems a dumb way to orchestrate a sale of a significant number of shares in a company if that is in fact, what it is.
What I notice is that the daily dump seems to be invariably met by a substantial buy order (could be a related party) at a slight margin below the previous close ie. it appears that the selling is contrived to deliver a lower match price each day and has been successful in driving the weighted average price down. The daily dump is invariably only a fraction of daily turnover and could be allowing net accumulation by the selling party.
Just a contrary view. I am happy to hold mine and may buy a few more if we get to previous lows.
