My take on his pretty much aligns with some posters in that this new placement follows so closely on the heels of the previous placement that it just does not make sense unless we are getting to the sharpy end of the stick and the funds are required to cover the NOI submission and the cost ( final instalment ? ) of its preparation and expert review. Its pretty much the only logical explanation that I can think of. Maybe also covers some forward admin expenses as well. I'm still holding and it remains encouraging to see the placement price above the market price ( as before).
