    You may very well be right and there lots of examples of roll-ups blowing up. This stock has inherent risk.

    Why do you say the business isn't scalable? There are numerous examples of roll-ups getting much larger than HLA. I would actually argue that this is quite a simple roll-up compared to some of the more operationally complex ones (eg AMA with smash repairers).
