    True ideally would be say 5 to 10 million in debt and the raising done at a premium to the suggested indicated price of 3.5 cents say at 4 or 4.5 cents!! Market is forecasting the 3.5 cents as I see it. Be great if it was done at 4.5 cents. Those selling recently wouldn't be happy though!
