I, too, make it a point to make regular contact with the company to ask the questions important to me, and I continue to have confidence in Management and Board. I feel for Management with regards to NMDC as I honestly don't think we could have seen it coming, reading between the lines. They have invested so much more than just $$ into getting this over the line.

The ability to close a deal is a skill we may or may not have but it is clear by announcement tones and content we are now capable, at least in my opinion. Even the recent acquisition is impressive.

The evolving leadership structure in India is also a positive as we continually look for best practice / structure / people. I don't think we could ask for a more credentialed person to lead the way in India than who we have now!

Like a few others have commented, I am critical when an offer is made on this forum to answer questions and then not addressed but I have called and let them know that, as well.

To summarise, I have great confidence in the technology, in our Chairman, and where we're currently positioned ...... but as an 8 year holder I still get impatient and have a few disrupted nights of sleep along the way!
