    Personally i would think that $2 would easily be on the cards f NASDAQ was deffered and no alternative timeframe given.

    IE - if they said "due to market conditions we will not be pursuing the NASDAQ listing. We will re-evaluate this in time" then the SP would be down the gurgler until another firm timetable is produced
