Am about to shut down the computer for a month (take up skipping). We are all getting a sniff (yes about 8mths old, and smelly) regarding some structural change, ie Demerger.
I bet my left one, that we have clearance from the ATO. Contact them as a shareholder, at the end of the day, the Capital Gains Tax (GCT) ruling is about you! ATO ruling is not market sensitive, however a demerger style announcement (if announced) is.
When these announcements hit the ASX, IMO it will be rapid fire. IMO JORC will be only a small but important piece of the BIGGER picture.
