Could argue either way I think brantley using the "reasonable person" rule re disclosure. It could well be argued that altho fax was sent on 24th it was not actually received by JR and MG (altho' they were aware late 24th but out of the country shortly thereafter). Then if Sentry's President calls them the next day (on the 25th) to further discuss the terms it could be argued that a reasonable person would feel disclosure of sentry's fax was premature.
