    it means they don't have to place the shares by the 11th as approved by shareholders (the 3 month thingy)

    the new boys take over on the 14th and will probably want control of all transactions from there on. So I'd say a quiet week next week and then it should get interesting there after. I expect some good buying next Friday to greet the new boys on Monday.
