Because of Xborder operations. If this was solely in the AU market, we'd have better terms, but being multilateral and based in LATAM it's slightly different. Plus they're not BHP, they're a small coy trying to expand globally, it's just not as easy as going to a bank and asking for a loan.
The fact that Dougy fronted the cash, and that he's already invested his own coin, shows what he thinks IME is capable of.
