Got the official response from the ASX today. They always send me a reply after NOR has publically responded to the issues I raise, which usually just says "in relation to your report, please see the latest ASX announcement from NOR..." etc.
Interestingly, at the bottom of todays communication, the ASX has written:
"I add in closing that, if you still consider the announcements in question to be misleadingly imply thatsignificant commercial partnerships are imminent, we suggest that you notify the Australian Securities andInvestments Commission (“ASIC”), who has jurisdiction under the Corporations Act over misleading anddeceptive conduct in financial markets. They have not recommended this action before. Certainly something I'll follow through on now.
