Unfortunately there has been many broken promises to shareholders over the years... when you make a promise and don’t follow through it creates mistrust.... it doesn’t matter weather it’s a family relationship involving father & son or a ceo & shareholders... the out come is the same... kept promises = security and confidence... Broken promises = mistrust, insecurity & bitterness.
