One stope on 840, one on 790, two on 745 and currently one on 730 (soon to be two). Usually two stopes per level - the crosscut enters the orebody from the Decline in about the middle where possible, and the two ends drive east and west to the end of the mineralisation. Stoping then commences at each end, retreating back to the central crosscut. Depending on the length of ore at each end, one stope may finish before the other on the same level.
West Decline was in about 80 m when we were there. The ore pods are about 120m long by 40 to 50 m high, and spaced about 80 to 120 m apart horizontally. The West decline should access the first western pod within a month or two, depending on when the power upgrade kicks in.
Without the power upgrade, equipment has to be shared between the two declines - with the power upgrade, they can run simultaneously.
