"Finding the time." I discovered a long while back that if you chase every stock mentioned then you will never have enough time. I have a list of potentials every night and they are put into a watchlist which only takes a glance every few minutes, a lot you can discard as the day moves forward. Stocks mentioned by others or that crop up after announcements can be looked at fairly quickly - I have a blank charting screen setup in Metastock and in a few seconds can have the chart in front of me with indicators , volume etc..
I can recognise immediately a stock that suits my trading methods (takes a while though). In other words they come to me. There is some good advice on the D/T forum and the best is to avoid overtrading or the desire to trade for the sake of it. Don't chase. I have been trading fulltime for about 10 years and as strange as it seems I'm quite happy for one or two trades a fortnight if I can't find anything in the meantime.
Money management is probably more important than time management.
