    Are you kidding me? Drilled all last year and now into July and didn't have time to anticipate or organise the pumping redtape? What company do you work for? The mining licence is only supposed to take 6 months. This is just pumping water which Manono get over 1m of in December. LOL how much red tape do you think they had... Takes less than 6 months to attain the mining licence. For that you need Tanganyika province approval from Kabila's brother who AVZ have already had lots of communication with.
