just a couple of questions..........will you be doing labour ie input with out a price tag on it......if so how much is it worth... .and what time to build and then sell it ??? immediate thoughts are if it costs 200,000 then its only worth 200,000.......are there other transportable homes in the area ??? ie it wont stand out as being different......if not will it be camouflaged to look like other houses in the street, how muich research have you done on prices of established portable houses in the area, and the price tags on those........have you costed all the prices to get the thing on there...allowed 10-20 % over budget etc
