The irony of these deals - a company has hundreds of square km of tenements/interest with unimaginable potential and the resource is only a few square km, even allowing for plant and tailing facility. So Imagine having 10 acres of land near a train station in Sydney or Melbourne with a brand new 4 bedroom home and the buyer is paying only for the house and land it occupies for the price of the entire 10 acre property. Absolute nuts.
Why not subdivide and sell what’s discovered.
