That doesn't make sense. The example you gave was of Jesus the man, born of a woman, healing via the power of God within him. A fairly common attribute.
That man Jesus did not exist at the time of creation and healing is of quite a different order than creation.
Also, why would God use a "channel" through which to create ? What would that achieve ?
Much more likely that God did the creating as per the OT and as wotsup keeps on about and the rest is just zealots like Paul and "John" over the top boasting about how important their particular saviour is. Taken up with great gusto by those Christians who also need to boast of the overwhelming superiority of their religion.
It is the sort of boasting young children like to do.
Unfortunately, in the case of some religions it often justifies the most heinous of attitudes and actions towards fellow Humans.
