And again it's been said... MC does not like the rinse and repeat nature of the cap raise. He ain't raising funds here anytime soon!
IMO if they don't do a deal and choose to raise funds it'll be a very large raising that'll see them through phase 3.
My guess/prediction: we will see a deal late this year.
