well the answer is the reason why this company exists....becuase people evidenlty can not afford to outlay the full amount of legal fees and therefore a payment plan offered by legal service is made practicle. plus putting legal costs on a credit card is assuming thats within their credit card limitations.. what if legal fees are 20k plus?
