I am responding here rather than on the Chart Thread.
Firstly, Those who contacted me via email know that I have made a moral decision not to buy or trade LCK.
Most also know that I believe that Holders can still profit from LCK (and willingly offered this when asked). As posted previously, I am angry at LCK Management and Board. Not bitter.
LCK is much more likely to find a new owner at a 20% premium to SP than to ever make it to UCG production. Great for the top 20 - not so great for those with an average over .30 being told this is 'going to the moon'
Regarding bitterness for selling - still none, despite the constant misguided accusations. My $$ loss has now well and truly been covered by timely (lucky) trades in 4 other stocks (which I also shared with LCK Holders that contacted me directly.)

LCK must relinquish 30% of the total area of PEL 650 in November. How will they choose which 30%? No one seems to want to respond to this pesky little fact.
Regarding the pending Offtake Agreement - The PCD failed to sustain continuous gasification flow! (LCK's extrapolation of the few seconds of the highest flow achieved to a 24 hr flow rate is not recognised as a 'Successful PCD by DEM).
@chuk, I suggest that you speak with Mr M again. Ask him to take you through each step of the pathway for LCK to production. Each Application. Heritage Requirements. Whether the PCD data provided by LCK was sufficient or will LCK be required to complete a new PCD?
CITIC? Overseas tax havens for Co. Addresses? Sounds legit...
Again - I do not hold LCK and will not. I believe that there is profit to be made from LCK. I choose not to.
