That's a weekly chart, red line in upper window tracks the 21W MA, the bottom window shows RSI (Green), OBV (grey), and Volume MA (tan).
Coupla observations:-
1) a bit of a retrace lately, potential head a shoulders forming there.RSI aligned with the retrace.
2) OBV sill shows that the buys have the upper hand
