I am not sure it is appropriate to use the closing price just before a company delisted to determine the level of profit the old DLI shareholders are sitting on today. Except for those they bought in just at the end, the vast majority of ex-DLI shareholders would be sitting on a large loss.
The arb between DLI and LPD over the last month or so explains the recent SP weakness. This is now gone.
