I think forlan is right .. a delay in NASDAQ (which I think is unlikley) would not be a deal breaker unless TZ did not want to delay .. and after all they are being advised and underwritten by CS. After a 2 year relationship TZ is hardly likley to want to sack the broker and have to find another one for a delay of a few months.
Let's all just wait and see what next week brings.
