They may need to raise cash through a placement, say A$50mn, divided by say A$1.50 = 33mn odd shares.
ADrummond CEO has said they think they can get this running for A$50mn I believe, so add those shares to the number on issue at the moment...otherwise to get a gross margin EBIDTA, that's about right. Either way A$50 per share could be on at these prices per tonne as a price target at say a a P/E of 10...ice numbers...
