    Yes, if it is some sort of "none-refundable deposit" that allows us to start drilling ASAP I would be over the moon. However, any other sort of part payment - if it clears - is more likely to be refunded, imo.

    Bidding war would be nice, yes. So far its raised $333k in option sales. Not a bad earner.
