You have misinterpreted my post. What I am saying is that if FAR's claim has little or no merit, it would have been clear to the Arbitrators and COP would have been easily able to refute the claim in it's submission to the panel. If it was an open and shut case it should have progressed to a hearing a lot sooner. But it hasn't and I am happy to accept FAR's account that COP have dragged this matter out. Don't ask your usual fall back question of please supply the evidence for this. I am relying on what FAR has said and you are relying on your gut feeling. I will go with FAR rather than your gut as to who has dragged this out! In fact all the nay sayers have been saying for some time now that COP will drag this out and outlast FAR. At least one negative posters has even claimed that if COP lose the decision they won't accept it.
