I could have written your post and I concur with your comments. At some point we have to be given certainty about NASDAQ and about revenue. Its been 10 months since the last revenue model update and lots of deals have come through in the meantime ... but at present we are guessing what it means for the bottom line. Given this long period without new figures being released I suppose you have to assume that CS/TZ don't want to dribble out repeated updates but rather they want to surprise the market (both here and with potential US investors) with the upside .. so they have been holding off until some of the more impressive deals are done, or until all is in place to simultaneously announce the IPO details. That is of course the positive "spin" ... I'll let others theorise on the negative side ..LOL!
