As noted by others on the ARQ thread, CDM have not sold down there holding in ARQ. The percentage ARQ represents has dropped due to the ARQ share price collapsing.
I posted the following on the following on the ARQ thread, but thought it might be of interest here. "Based on CDM being a fair bit larger than ARQ, a very rough calculation suggests that the 4 1/2% of it's portfolio in ARQ could represent about 15% of ARQ shares. It will be interesting to see how that plays out. Unless CDM can find someone wishing to take a large position in one parcel, they are effectively trapped in ARQ. Any attempt to sell on-market would, even if done slowly, keep pressure on the ARQ share price for ages. And no way can I see CDM shareholders okaying the alternative of a full bid."
