Mr Johnston used to be on the board of Magna Mining (the coy now embroiled in legal proceedings in Namibia) and current WME sectretary (Mr Semmens) is the current secretary for MAN. Mr Rodger Stuart Johnston Non-Executive Chairman was appointed in 24/05/2005 to West Australian Metals. I cannot find any evidence that he as ever been on the board of Magna Mining - formerly Reefton Mines. Interestingly enough the requisitioner Vladimir (Roger) Nikolaenko is currently on the Board of Magna Mines and was the Managing Director of Reefton Mines. Perhaps you might like to research his resignation in 2005.

Gary Stokes (one of the proposed new board members) is the current CEO of Magna Mines.
