    It might be, it also might not be.

    Maybe they think it will do something for the SP, maybe it will serve as another market for a future CR, or maybe we are about to sign some deals. No point being lost in fantasy land where there are only puppy dogs and rainbows, there are plenty of less attractive explanations.
